My husband and I are always looking for new breakfast places to try so we were excited to to try The Pelham Diner. We were not disappointed and you won't be either! The owners were present and very friendly. The waitresses were attentive and my coffee cup was always full! This place is amazing!
If I loved closer, I'd come here every day for breakfast. Great service, food came out quick, and had no problem with any of my food. Loved the look of the diner and if I ever pass by here again, I'm definitely getting breakfast again. If I get a chance, I'd love to try their lunch/dinner!
We were not disappointed! This place lived up to the hype of the reviews. We were seated and greeted immediately! It took no time to get our order taken. The food came out warm and correct (minus my husband's pecans). We loved every bite and plan to return. The pancake is massive and one is plenty! Having fresh fruit folded into the pancake batter was delightful! We couldn't have been better fed! Checkout was quick and easy too. All around this place is worth the visit! Thank you!
Amazing service, great food, friendly and warm atmosphere. The staff are so courteous, friendly and helpful. We were never left in want for anything. The food was delicious and we even got a sweet treat just for being first-timers! I will be bringing friends, family and clients to this diner! Not a bad thing could be said or thought about this diner and those who run it!
This is our new favorite diner! Our waitress was Candy (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and she was wonderful and helpful! We also met the owner Toni and she was so kind! The food was absolutely excellent (I got the western omelette and my husband got the patriot meal) and we would gladly drive an hour here again for this amazing place!
I have been a customer of Pelham Diner for several years and I can say that this is what you wish every business in town was like. The staff is like family, the food is wonderful and the atmosphere is the hole in the wall place that has character that can't be duplicated even if you tried. 5 stars doesn't really convey how special and unique this place is. The stories and wonderful memories that have been created here over the years are ones that I will never forget and always cherish. My warm, heartfelt review is the highest honor I could ever bestow on a business and this one is completely deserving of it. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone living in Birmingham, Alabama. A big thanks to all the great staff and customers that make this place one of kind.
I would say it’s the best kept secret in Pelham but if you try to find a parking space or a seat at lunchtime, it’s pretty busy, everyone knows this place is a real gem The staff makes it fun and exciting and great food at a reasonable price. if I’m in this area, this is my go to restaurant. They also on Wednesdays make homemade chicken and dumplings and the little lady that makes it is awesome and funny.
Food was outstanding. First time in. Enjoyed my breakfast!! Not often can you say breakfast hit the spot. Server was great and on point. Family atmosphere! I have no complaints to come out my mouth! Thank you for some spot hitting breakfast!! I recommend 100% stopping at this diner!!
